About The Event

The El Paso County 911 District's very own two-day CAD Essentials Course. Utilizing Hexagon's 9.4 CAD version, this training is intended to give an overview of the I/Calltaker and I/Dispatcher application and its functions for end-users, trainers, and supervisors alike with hands-on CAD training.  Attendees are encouraged to bring any questions regarding the ability, usability, and workflows of using the CAD products and they will be answered during the course.

TCOLE documentation will be made available to the Agency Training Coordinator or Administrator for outside course reporting.

Note: Not all agencies have approved the course format and content.
