The El Paso County 9-1-1 District does not respond to requests for audio recordings of 9-1-1 calls, radio dispatch communications, or Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) records. These records are managed by the respective agencies that created them.

To request copies of 9-1-1 audio recordings, radio dispatch communications, or CAD records, please contact the El Paso Fire Department, El Paso Police Department, El Paso County Sheriff's Office, or the specific agency responsible for the record's creation.
